Product Exchange Policy
[External Case (Album and MD Case)] The external case is for protecting the product and is not eligible for exchange. Exchange is not possible for any reason such as creases or printing defects. The outer box is made for shock absorption to protect the product, so minor scratches, dents, discoloration, etc., may occur during transportation. This is not a reason for exchange.
[Acrylic Case] Exchangeable: Case damage Non-exchangeable: Scratches (Due to the nature of the product, scratches may occur, so this is not a reason for exchange.)
[Product Composition (Photo Card)] Exchangeable: Scratches and dents on the artist's face area that can be visually confirmed without light reflection, coating defects, stains, tears, folds For the back side: Printing defects and stains Non-exchangeable: Scratches visible due to light reflection, ear defects For the back side: Scratches and dents
[Product Composition (Folded Poster, Photo Book, etc.)] Exchangeable: Printing defects, tears, and damage Non-exchangeable: Scratches, dents
[MD (Sewn Items)] Exchangeable: Rips, stains occurring during production, and embroidery defects Non-exchangeable: Simple scratches, loose threads, discoloration caused by careless washing
