1. Return/Refund Policy

    JustKorea provides services to allow customers to easily and safely order Korean products. The product information displayed on this site is provided by suppliers, and JustKorea presents it as is.

    Refunds for Third-Party Products JustKorea handles refunds, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service as an intermediary for products supplied by third parties. We take responsibility for refunds only in cases where products are out of stock, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered due to our mistake. For other reasons for refunds, returns, exchanges, or after-sales service, we follow the policies of the seller and convey their decisions to customers.

    Refunds for In-House Products JustKorea directly handles refund and return procedures for its own products. Requests for returns are accepted within 14 days of product receipt, and the product must be in its original condition. Shipping costs related to refunds and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

    Return Eligibility Requests for returns are accepted within 14 days of product receipt. Please contact the customer center (email: justkorea82@gmail.com) before requesting a return. To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

    • The returned product must be in its original unopened condition (must be in its original packaging, unused, unmarked, and undamaged).
    • Refunds and reshipments are not possible if delivery fails due to incorrect shipping address or insufficient information.
    • Returns must be processed through a traceable shipping service with shipping insurance, and return shipping costs, customs, and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
    • A return processing fee of $10 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

    Return Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, if there is a defect in the product, the seller will bear the return shipping costs.

    Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled before processing. Please contact the customer support team (justkorea82@gmail.com) as soon as possible with your order number, name, and email address.

    Damaged Products If a product is damaged or missing, please retain all packaging materials for investigation by JustKorea and the delivery company. Contact the customer center (justkorea82@gmail.com), and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

    For assistance, please provide the following information to JustKorea:

    1. Copy of the registered invoice
    2. Name and email address used in the order
    3. Order number
    4. Reason for claim
    5. Photo of the damaged item
    6. Unboxing video of opening the sealed box - in case of loss or partial loss
    7. Photos of external/internal packaging and shipping label
    8. Keep the original package box until the claim process is completed if the product is damaged.

    Upon receiving the above information, we will request investigations from both the shipping carrier and warehouse and proceed with compensation procedures if necessary.
